Introduction of pile turner for automatic laminato

Relying on the technique introduced from Korea in early 2010, Nanjing Jialong Printing Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) manufactured the first pile turner for automatic laminator in China; it passed EU CE certification in March 2015, which made it embark on the European market where our products were well received. We overcame the technical bottlenecks and obtained patent certificate for new technique in order to get adaptive to present state of China’s laminating machine industry.

Application of pile turner for automatic laminator:

It can automatically collect papers in coordination with laminating machine, stack the laminated papers according to specified amount, support intermittent turning, positive/negative stacking and stacking alignment. As a result, this machine can minimize the man-hour, work load and maximize the production efficiency.

This machine is special stacker for automatic laminator, which can solve the problem of manual stacking and save human resource.

This machine consists of: assistant paper stacking platform, lifting mechanism, paper stacker and automatic paper-out mechanism:

1). Assistant paper stacking platform:

1. Connect paper laminating machine quickly via 2 rubber wheels.

2. Set the thickess of papers to be turned each time; papers can be sent into the paper turning box automatically (one-time paper in) after there are the set number of papers.

3. It tapped the paper from the front and two sides to make the paper piled neatly.

4. Accurate positioning based on variable frequency technology.

5. Paper pushing driven by motor.

6. Non-resistant paper pushing.

2). Lifting mechanism

1. When primary papers are sent to the turning box, the lifting motor will lift papers to the set height.

2. Secondary papers are sent to paper stacker.

3. Accurate positioning based on variable frequency technology.

4. Motor-driven paper turning. Papers can be stacked with 1 piece with its front side up and 1 piece with its back side up, or all with their front sides up and all with their back sides up.

5. Use variable frequency motor to push paper.

4)Paper stacking and slapping

1. Rear positioning, and paper slapping in 3 sides, the front side and left and right sides.

2. Pre-paper stacking platform, completing paper stacking without stop

3. Paper stacking height is adjustable between 1.5m – 1.90 m. The height can be increased according to customer requirements.

5). Paper-out

1. When paper stacking is full, motor will drive papers out automatically.

2.At the same time, the empty tray will be lifted up to paper stacking position.

3. Papers are pulled with pallet Jack. You can also choose an alternative device that is more labor-saving and convenient. This device is a pneumatically controlled lifting platform.This device requires an extra charge.

A: One year. After the warranty, we still provide technical support to buyer at low cost.

A: 35-50days after deposit.

A: Yes, just give us destination sea port or container yard.

Q6. Does the packing strong?
A: Yes. Adopts moisture-proof and shock-proof packaging which is suitable for long-distance road transportation and various types of weather conditions. A full set of maintenance and operation manuals is included.

Q7. How about the machine installation and training?
A: 1) We provide training in our factory for free; 2) We can send technicians (engineers) to your factory for installation and training. You shall pay round trip air fare and accommodations, plus each technician charges USD100/per day.

Q8. Do you have machines in stock?
A: For standard model, we have a large quantity in stock.For special model,we need 20-30 days to produce for you.

Q9. How can you assure the machines' quality?
A: Each machine will be test running at least 24 hours before delivery to assure the quality. And during the warranty, we will give spare parts for free if machine has any problem.

Q10. Do you inspect machines or test running before packing?
A: Of course we do. We have QC department to debug the machine before packing. If you want to use specific material to do the test running, you need to pay for the cost of the material

Q11. What's the payment term?
A: T/T 30% in advance, the balance shall be paid before delivery. Also accept payment by West Union or L/C at sight.
