Machine Parts Specifications:

Paper Feeding Unit   The paper feeding unit is driven by a 1.5kw servo motor to ensure high speed stability of the paper feed.

Paper correction track:   The push rod drive and chain are both from Japanese brands. The chain and guide plate are made of imported high-polymer materials, which are wear-resistant and operate quietly.

Paper Belt The paper belt is made of pure imported Malaysian natural rubberbelt, which has high toughness andhigh friction, and bids farewell to the problem of belt slippage whenfeeding the ordinary paper feedingbelt.

Gluing Part:   The glue application section and the glue strip section are each driven by a motor, allowing for adjustment without stopping the machine. The glue application section has a pneumatic tensioning function to prevent glue from contacting the conveyor belt; the glue strip section has a compensation function to prevent glue displacement.

Paper Gluing According to the size of the product, the glue can be applied locally. When cleaning the rubber roller, the rubber roller can be taken out and cleaned directly,which is simple and quick.

Film cutting for tissue box etc.   The CAM structure is used to intermittently cut the box whose diaphragm needs to be opened (such as tissue box, etc.) (Optional according to product)

Film Cutting Adjustment   This machine adopts patented technology, which can achieve ultra-low noise during film cutting, and film cutting can only be performed when the film thickness is less than 0.5mm.

Take-up Adjustment   When the machine receives paper,the paper receiving platformcan realize independent speedregulation, counting function, andthe upper and lower positions ofthe platform can be adjusted by lifting.
