Window Patching Machine Partial Description

Human-computer interface   The machine uses a touch screen and a PLC to digitally adjust film length, counting, and other parameters.

Servo Paper Feeder   The paper feeding section uses imported belts, which are extremely wear-resistant. Combined with high-performance servo motor control, it ensures stable paper output even at high speeds.

Pushing the position   The most common push position in the world is adopted to ensure the fitting accuracy

Hob Cutting Film part   When cutting the film, a double-cylinder oblique blade is used. The blade position can be adjusted up and down simultaneously, making blade adjustment convenient and simple.

The Gluing Part   The rubber roller can be pulled out for easy glue cleaning. It allows for precise glue application according to the product window size and can detect paper during operation. The rubber roller can be automatically raised and lowered, allowing for forward, backward, left, and right adjustments without stopping the machine.

Diaphragm Adjustment   The left and right positions of the diaphragm can be adjusted without stopping by the knob of the hand button.

Adjust The Glue Positionleft And Right   Through the rotation of the handbutton, the non-stop adjustmentof the glue position is realized.

Gel Position Adjustment Through the harmonic differential,the position before and after the glue is adjusted without stopping.

Film Cutting For Tissue Box etc   The CAM structure is used to intermittently cut the box whose diaphragm needs to be opened (such as tissue box, etc.) (Optional according to product)
