Machine Parts Specifications:

Paper Feeding Section:   The paper feeding is completely independent and can be adjusted according to the different thicknesses and sizes of the cartons to ensure that the cartons enter the conveyor belt quickly and stably.

Paper correction track:   The push rod drive and chain are both from Japanese brands. The chain and guide plate are made of imported high-polymer materials, which are wear-resistant and operate quietly.

Gluing Part:   The glue application section and the glue strip section are each driven by a motor, allowing for adjustment without stopping the machine. The glue application section has a pneumatic tensioning function to prevent glue from contacting the conveyor belt; the glue strip section has a compensation function to prevent glue displacement.

Film cutting with hob double shearing method   The servo-controlled dual-rotary roller shearing film cutter ensures the accuracy of film length. During operation, the diaphragm can be continuously adjusted in all directions (patented technology: the film cutting blade can be adjusted up and down, the blade adjustment is fast and noiseless, and the length and width of the film cut are unlimited, depending on the machine model).

Film cutting for tissue box etc.   The CAM structure is used to intermittently cut the box whose diaphragm needs to be opened (such as tissue box, etc.) (Optional according to product)
