Paper Feeder Part

Push gauge position

Fitting part

The upper and lower cutters of the roller are all equipped with wind-powered film suction, and are all controlled by servo motors. During operation, adjustments are made without stopping the machine according to the product size and film position. The bonding precision is controlled by photoelectric sensors

The Gluing Part

The rubber roller can be pulled out, making it easy to clean the glue. It can be partially glued according to the size of the product window, and the paper can be detected during operation.

The rubber roller can automatically rise and fall, and can be adjusted front and back and left and right without stopping the machine.

Film cutting is performed using a dual-roller shearing method.

Servo-controlled dual-rotating roller shearing film cutting ensures the accuracy of film length. During operation, the equipment allows for continuous adjustment in all directions (patented technology: the cutting blade can be adjusted vertically, with rapid and noiseless adjustment; the length and width of the film cut are unlimited, depending on the machine model).
