Paper Feeding Section:   The paper feeding is fully private and can be adjusted according to different thicknesses and specifications of cartons to ensure that the cartons enter the conveyor belt quickly and stably.

Paper correction track:   The push gauge drive and chain are of Japanese brand, and the chain and guide bar are made of imported polymer material, which is wear-resistant and silent.

Gluing Part:   The gluing part and the gluing part are driven by motors respectively and can be adjusted without stopping the machine. The gluing part has the function of air tensioning to prevent the glue from contacting the belt, and the gluing part has the compensation function to prevent the glue from shifting.(Model 1500 is servo controlled)

Fitting part   The upper and lower cutters of the roller are all equipped with wind-powered film suction, and are all controlled by servo motors. During operation, adjustments are made without stopping the machine according to the product size and film position. The bonding precision is controlled by photoelectric sensors

Delivery part   A separate motor controls the paper collection belt, and the paper stacking distance can be adjusted as a whole or in sections.
