Cardboard feeding unit
1. Lead edge feeding paper device can decrease the blocking phenomenon when feeding paper. 2. It adopt air blower auxiliary feeding paper , the bending paper can feed in smoothly , wind Volume can adjust according to the paperboard size , so it can make the adsorptive power at the maxi level and feed paper precisely. 3. Side baffles adopt electric adjustment , front and back baffle adopt manual adjustment. 4. Feeding paper by partition device , it can choose feed paper by partition or continuation. 5. It is used to three , five layer paperboard also including E flute paperboard. |

The die-cutting unit
1. The cutter mold roller and cushion roller gap adjusts manual adjustment.
2. The cutter mold roller adopts planet gear structure , high precision and bearing power , no matter it stops or runs , it can adjust with electric 360 degrees adjustment.
3. When stop feeding paper , the two rollers will be separate and decrease the rubber roller attrition.
4. The cushion roller adopt mechanical cam left and right moving device , every knife is not the same position and prolong the using life.
5. The up and down die cutting roller diameter is not same , but the linear speed is the same, so it can control the knife moves the circumferential direction infinite not cycle , so the cushion attrition will be uniform.
6. The linear speed compensating device , when the cushion roller diameter changes , the linear speed will compensate automatically , no need worker to adjust speed and guarantee each batch carton box size is the same and prolong the cushion and cutter life.

1. The whole operate easily and conveniently , it is widely used after die cutting unit. 2. Platform rises up and down safety design to ensure operator safety. 3. Frequency conversion adjusting speed drive, it is easy linkage with main motor. 4. Receiving paper belt adopts vacuum absorption transmission to ensure paperboard neatly. 5. A: 1) We provide training in our factory for free; 2) We can send technicians (engineers) to your factory for installation and training. You shall pay round trip air fare and accommodations, plus each technician charges USD100/per day.
Q8. Do you have machines in stock?
A: For standard model, we have a large quantity in stock.For special model,we need 20-30 days to produce for you.
Q9. How can you assure the machines' quality?
A: Each machine will be test running at least 24 hours before delivery to assure the quality. And during the warranty, we will give spare parts for free if machine has any problem.
Q10. Do you inspect machines or test running before packing?
A: Of course we do. We have QC department to debug the machine before packing. If you want to use specific material to do the test running, you need to pay for the cost of the material
Q11. What's the payment term?
A: T/T 30% in advance, the balance shall be paid before delivery. Also accept payment by West Union or L/C at sight.
