The machine adopts servo motor to control the paper feeding and film feeding separately, and the stepper motor to drive the back belt independently. It can adjust the distance between paper folding and count in batches.The paper conveying belt of the machine adopts vacuum absorbed. It has automatic lifting function in coating section when short of paper. It can mark and cut the printed film. It can also be extra equipped with tissue box cutter device. The machine runs steadily at high speed and is easy to adjust. It can adjust the film length and left& right film position without stopping. The machine is controlled by PLC computer with high precision, maintenance-free and abnormal operation protection features.

1) The paper feeder parts is controlled by the servo motor, the paper pile make the intermittent movement in the process of the paper feeding, the belts operate long life, process the paper products to the conveying parts steady and orderly.

2) The paper conveying parts installed the four conveying chains with the four pushing blocks, it can be adjusted according to the paper shape.

3) The gluing parts adopt the adjustable parts gluing structure, it is convenient for adjustable according to the paper requirement and the gluing position, save the gluing quantity, it is easy for pulling out the gluing parts, convenient for washing. The gluing roller stopped the gluing when stopped the machine.

4) The cutting parts includes two blades. The upper roller is the cutting film roller with the two blade, finishing the cutting of the film. If customer need angular cutting and scoring option, we will add unit for this function. But the max speed is 5000-6000 pcs/hour.

A: 1) We provide training in our factory for free; 2) We can send technicians (engineers) to your factory for installation and training. You shall pay round trip air fare and accommodations, plus each technician charges USD100/per day.

A: For standard model, we have a large quantity in stock.For special model,we need 20-30 days to produce for you.

Q9. How can you assure the machines' quality?
A: Each machine will be test running at least 24 hours before delivery to assure the quality. And during the warranty, we will give spare parts for free if machine has any problem.

Q10. Do you inspect machines or test running before packing?
A: Of course we do. We have QC department to debug the machine before packing. If you want to use specific material to do the test running, you need to pay for the cost of the material

Q11. What's the payment term?
A: T/T 30% in advance, the balance shall be paid before delivery. Also accept payment by West Union or L/C at sight.
