YH-900SCZ automatic hydraulic hot foil stamping machine is designed for high precision hot foil stamping and embossing on packaging paper, gift boxes, cartons and art paper. Equipped with 20-ton hydraulic pressure system, it realizes stable multi-set foil stamping (suit for your packaging paper sleeve hot stamping job shown in video).
This machine supports auto foil pulling, accurate registration for repeated pattern printing. It is widely used in toy packaging, gift box, luxury paper package, sticker and paper label hot stamping.

Double cylinder hydraulics Double cylinder hydraulics are used to control the lifting and lowering of the platform, and are responsible for pressurization and pressure maintenance, with higher pressure and better stability.

Upper and lower pull-out plate design: lt is more convenient and flexible for users to change and replenishplates,and the plate registration operation is easier. The main board adopts downward air suction and paper clamping functions: after the correction action iscompleted, the downward air suction can assist the paper clampina function to fix the product and improvethe accuracy of the product, The paper clamping function can prevent the foil material from being betterseparated from the product when producing large-format hot stamping products, and can also prevent theproduct from being displaced when the foil material jumps.

Electrical Unit 1) The electrical control system is Japan PAN PLC computer automatic control for fully detecting and controlling, stable and accuracy. 2) All the Contactor, Relay, air switch use SCHNEIDER, and all the Photoelectric switch use the OMRON, ensure the machine electric working stable. 3) The machine is equipped with various safety protection units. A visible and audible alarm will be given at any fault, and the machine will be automatically shut down to protect personal and device safety.
