Main Feature

■ Pusher gauge correction design: The front pusher gauge and the left/right lay gauges are more convenient for users to adjust and use according to the needle position direction of the printed pull gauge.

■ Upper and lower pull-out plate design: It is more convenient and flexible for users to change and replenish plates, and the plate registration operation is easier.

■ The main board adopts bottom air suction and paper clamping functions: After deviation correction, bottom air suction assists the paper clamping function to fix the product and improve positioning accuracy.

Paper clamping prevents product displacement during large-format hot stamping, ensures better separation between foil and substrate, and avoids shifting caused by foil stepping.
