Main features:
JIGUO MYP-1500E Autuomatic die cutting and stripping machine is a special equipment applying to die-cutting of advanced colorful boxes and cartons. The machine combines several advantages over many other die-cutters both at home and abroad. Gripper bars with high intensity are applicable to all kinds of cardboard, paperboard and corrugated paper. Frontal ,back and side registration mechanism ensures great precision of die-cutting. Other parts are adopted such as intermittent mechanism with high precision at clutch, pneumatic locking mechanism. Adopt programmable controller and man-machine interface, automatic showing working speed , amount of paper processed, total running time, etc. It's easy to eliminate troubles according to the display of trouble shooting. Adopt transducer to control main motor.
The machine has lots of sensors and safety-ensuring devices to guarantee the safety if operator and the environment. Frontal and back pressure can be adjusted separately. It is convenient to stop the machine by handy. It can also realize die-cutting without clipper margin .
Main Drive:
Adopt high quality steel alloy specially processed to ensure high precision, long working life and low abrasion.
Pneumatic Clutch:

Paper Delivery Part:
Can achieve delivery paper automatic and in order. On-line pneumatic sampling system, can checking the paper's precision, can automatic early warning and speed droop.
Die-cutting Part:
The safety design of die-cutting floor and knife template and the design of easily move and slewing devices make the installation and adjustment of plate more efficient and convenient. The bottom of cutting plate adopt 3mm thick stainless steel, the active base plate adopt 2mm thick aluminium plate, that can save human resources, efficient and convenient.
Gripper Bars:
The gripper bars are made of hard aluminium alloy with its surface treated by anode oxidation. It is with high intensity, little weight and inertia. Sheets' transferring can be finished with high precision in high speed.
