The machine operates via a 360-degree high-speed rotating ring, which drives the stretch film carriage to orbit around a stationary carton or item. This process applies PE stretch film to the surface of the goods in a uniform, tight spiral pattern. The entire wrapping process is fully automated, requiring no manual intervention; operators need only handle the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring simple and highly efficient operation.

6.1 Annular Rotating Ring (Core Power Component)

- Location: The large white circular structure located on the main body of the machine.

- Function: The device's core moving component. It features an integrated internal gear and transmission system that drives the film carriage to rotate at high speed (360°), thereby achieving spiral wrapping of cartons. Utilizing a high-precision slewing bearing design, it ensures smooth operation and low noise levels, serving as the critical element for guaranteeing wrapping efficiency and load tightness.

6.2 Film Carriage and Unwinding Mechanism

- Location: The white film roll spindle located on the inner side of the rotating ring (shown in the bottom-left corner of the diagram).

- Function: Designed to mount rolls of PE stretch wrapping film. It features a built-in tension adjustment and pre-stretch mechanism (available on select models) that controls the film's output tension. This ensures uniform stretching of the film material, thereby guaranteeing load tightness while simultaneously reducing film consumption and lowering material costs.

6.3 Stainless Steel Work Surface and Conveying Structure

- Location: The metal platform located in the center of the machine.

- Function: Supports the cartons or goods awaiting wrapping. Its surface is smooth and wear-resistant, facilitating easy manual loading and unloading. Select models can be integrated directly into production lines to enable fully automated, continuous wrapping operations. The platform features built-in photoelectric sensors that automatically detect the position of the goods and trigger the wrapping sequence.

6.4 PLC Touch Control Panel

- Location: The display screen situated atop the rotating ring.

- Function: Serves as the device's central control hub. It allows for the customization of various parameters—such as the number of wrapping layers, rotation speed, film tension, and overlap ratio—and enables one-touch initiation of the wrapping process. The system supports the storage of multiple parameter profiles to accommodate goods of varying specifications, offering simple operation that allows new employees to master the controls quickly.

6.5 Emergency Stop and Start Control Buttons

- Location: The red (Emergency Stop) and green (Start) buttons located adjacent to the control panel.

- Function: The red button enables immediate, one-touch shutdown in emergency situations, ensuring operational safety. The green button initiates the wrapping process. Both buttons comply with industrial safety design standards. 6.6 Foot Pedal Control Switch (Bottom Right Corner)

- Location: Foot-operated device located on the exterior of the machine.

- Function: Frees up the operator's hands; simply pressing the pedal after manually loading the product initiates the strapping process. This enhances operational convenience and is ideally suited for scenarios involving frequent manual loading and unloading.
